Job summary

lululemon stores leadership is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to drive daily store operations, lead a team, and manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations. You will work with the Store Manager on budgeting, P&L, and initiatives to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.

You will help maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-energy store environment while ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all channels and programs.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor hours.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
• Work occurs on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Manage budget data and metrics (P&L, expenses) and inform planning processes.
• Provide frontline leadership and ensure efficient and effective retail floor operations.
• Support sell-through by ensuring inventory accuracy and coordinating labor hours.
• Execute company-level operations directives and safety policies.
