You will lead team members and drive operational initiatives on the shop floor and with omnichannel programs. The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget
• Manage budget, P&L, expenses, and inventory counts
• Coordinate with vendors, technology, and facilities to maximize store efficiency
• Perform payroll and other people-related administrative tasks
• Lead and support omnichannel guest experiences and store operations
• Drive store initiatives and projects from the SSC
• Maintain a safe work environment following policies and laws
• Develop the team and performance through effective leadership and communication
