• Translate the Store Manager's Operations vision into actionable plans and team guidance
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and store systems to support smooth operations
• Oversee payroll and other people-related administrative activities
• Lead operations-focused projects and initiatives at the store level
