Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to ensure the store runs smoothly. You will manage scheduling, payroll, and a range of operations from inventory to vendor relations, while leading and developing the team. This role balances financial stewardship with guest experience and people-focused leadership.

As part of the store leadership, you’ll execute projects, manage budgeting and labor, and uphold safety and compliance standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration.
• Experience with scheduling and labor-hour management.
• Experience managing projects or processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules within budget.
• Monitor budget and business metrics (P&L, expenses) and inform planning.
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate inventory and labor to receive deliveries.
• Deliver company-level operations directives.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
