lululemon is hiring an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store operations, payroll administration, and schedule planning. You will oversee inventory, vendor relations, and facilities while driving efficiency and guest satisfaction on the retail floor.

The role emphasizes budgeting, P&L awareness, and people leadership in a fast-paced environment with a focus on inclusion and team development.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience: 1 year managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor hours management.
• Experience with payroll and store operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Monitor budget, P&L, expenses, and coordinate with Store Manager on planning and performance metrics.
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure efficient coverage and guest experience.
• Support sell-through by ensuring inventory accuracy and coordinating labor hours for deliveries.
• Execute company-level operations directives and store-level initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and store procedures.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
