You will oversee financial aspects, payroll, and vendor relationships while maintaining inventory and facilities. You will write weekly schedules, manage labor, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will execute company-driven operations projects, ensure safety policies, and drive a positive guest experience. Strong people leadership and adaptability are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
• Experience managing budgets and labor hours is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules within labor budget.
• Manage budget data, P&L, expenses, and inventory coordination.
• Provide floor leadership and ensure efficient store operations.
• Support omnichannel guest programs and resolve guest issues.
