Wawa is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily operations, develop the team, and drive results in a dynamic retail environment. You will manage hiring, training, coaching, and performance, ensuring a safe, friendly, and high‑performing store experience.

You will oversee schedules, monitor performance, and implement action plans to improve profitability and customer satisfaction, with monthly bonus incentives and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Proven leadership experience in food service or retail is a plus.
• Strong background in store operations including staffing, training, scheduling and expense control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service Associates to meet safety and quality standards.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching and recognition of team.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor store performance, shrink, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze trends and partner with peers to drive optimal results.
