Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store unit and ensure a consistent, positive customer experience. The role includes supervising team members, overseeing daily operations across production, retail, shipping, and quality checks, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

You will help manage payroll, scheduling, and performance, while maintaining a clean, efficient store environment and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• 1+ year of related experience, prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a store business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience.
• Assists in the supervision and oversight of all team members and business operations, monitoring and facilitating all production and retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping and quality control processes.
• Manages store in the absence of the Store Manager and performs all functions normally required by the team member.
