Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an Area Supervisor to join the Store Leadership team in Pennsylvania. You will oversee a specific store area, manage daily operations, and supervise Associates while ensuring a safe, clean, and well-presented shopping environment.

You will help execute company processes and maintain strong customer service standards. The role requires leadership, attention to loss prevention, and the ability to coach staff on cash handling and front-end procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and secure store environment.
• Supervise Associates and manage daily operations.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and clean, organized stockrooms.
• Execute and supervise company best practices and loss prevention measures.
• Train and coach associates on front-end procedures and cash handling.
• Assist in payroll administration and scheduling as needed.
