Job summary

You will oversee a specific store area and manage daily operations as the Manager on Duty, opening and closing the store, supervising associates, and ensuring a friendly, easy to shop environment. Responsibilities include maintaining safe environments, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, front-end supervision, and adherence to company processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and keep areas clean and organized.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Oversee Front End supervision to minimize customer wait times and maintain pace.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers, loss prevention, and store procedures.
