Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Paramus, NJ. You will lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive adherence to policies, protect assets, and oversee receiving and inventory processes.

You will mentor Supervisors, collaborate with District/Regional teams, and help with staffing and training. The role requires 3+ years in retail management, flexible hours, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail setting.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and loss prevention.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to maintain smooth customer flow at registers.
• Oversee overall store operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage receiving processes, transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with Receiving Supervisor to keep inventory accurate.
• Act as Manager on Duty to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, and training.
