Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach the Customer Service and Cashier teams, and ensure a high level of customer service.

You will manage receiving, inventory accuracy, and asset protection while guiding staff through training and succession planning. The role requires 3+ years in retail management or store operations, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift 40 lb boxes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at a large or multi-unit retailer.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance with policies and strong customer flow.
• Oversee receiving and inventory accuracy, transfers, damages and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, train and develop staff, and support staffing and succession planning.
