Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Freehold, NJ seeks an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach cashiers and customer service supervisors, and model the company values. You will guide teams, manage receiving and inventory processes, and work with district leadership to ensure outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail management or store operations.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams and safeguard company assets, sales and records.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and ensure smooth checkout flow.
• Oversee the execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty and drive leadership example for customers and staff.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed and communicate with District/Regional management.
