Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams across store operations. You will role-model the company values, coach staff, oversee receiving and inventory processes, and partner with District/Regional teams to drive results.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, a flexible schedule, and experience with scheduling/reporting software. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet service standards.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and receiving processes as MOD.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safeguard store funds and assets.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
