Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store operations and resources, including payroll, scheduling, budgeting, and inventory. You will collaborate with leadership to optimize guest experience and drive store performance.

You will manage labor, coordinate with teams, ensure policy compliance, and support store initiatives while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment that reflects lululemon values.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours and managing projects or processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements and budget.
• Monitor budget, expenses and P&L; inform planning and sales forecasting.
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure efficient store operations.
• Support sell-through by ensuring inventory accuracy and coordinating labor hours.
