Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to ensure smooth retail store performance. You will guide store operations, manage schedules, payroll, and day-to-day administration while partnering with the Store Manager to drive results.

You will oversee budget and expenses, maintain inventory and vendor relations, and lead initiatives that improve guest experience and store efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of labor hours and handling projects or processes.
• Experience coordinating payroll and time-off approvals, and supporting store leadership with administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory accuracy, and vendor relationships to enable store performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guest service.
• Review budgets and key metrics (P&L, expenses) and inform planning and sales reviews.
• Provide leadership to team members, covering retail floor needs and labor planning.
• Support sell-through and inventory accuracy while coordinating labor for deliveries.
• Execute company operations directives and safety policies.
