lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store-level operations, manage payroll and scheduling, and optimize budget and inventory processes. Responsabilidades

• Translate the Store Manager's Operations vision into actionable plans for the team.
• Plan and publish the weekly team member schedule based on labor needs, availability, and budget.
• Move on the retail floor to assess needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Monitor budget, expenses, and key metrics (P&L, planning) and inform decisions.
• Lead with retail floor coverage decisions to maintain efficient operations.
• Support sell-through by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor for deliveries.
• Execute company operations directives and SSC initiatives at store level.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
