Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store-level operations, payroll, scheduling, budget oversight, and vendor/tech/facility coordination. You will plan weekly schedules, manage labor costs, and execute company operations projects across the store.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and managing labor hours.
• Experience leading teams in retail operations and driving operational improvements.
• Payroll processing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Monitor budget and related data to inform planning (P&L, expenses) and sales planning.
• Provide retail floor leadership and coordinate coverage for efficient operations.
• Oversee payroll administration and other documentation as required by policies.
