Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to ensure our retail store runs smoothly. You will write the weekly team schedule, manage payroll, and coordinate inventory, budget, and vendor relationships to support the team and guests.

You will lead on-floor operations, assist with payroll, and drive initiatives from the SSC while upholding safety policies and inclusive leadership. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and managing labor hours.
• Experience with payroll and related documentation.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store and work a variable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements, availability, and budget.
• Monitor and manage budget, P&L data, expenses, and related metrics.
• Provide on-floor leadership, coverage planning, and decision-making to maintain efficiency.
• Support omnichannel guest programs (in-store transactions, buy online pickup in store, ship from store).
• Coordinate payroll and other administrative tasks for the team.
• Lead company-level operations directives and initiatives as applicable.
