lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store operations and ensure smooth daily execution. You will manage schedules, payroll, budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships while driving a high-quality guest experience.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to implement operational strategies, oversee scheduling, and support a welcoming, inclusive team culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year managing store operations and scheduling.
• Experience with payroll processing and administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage budgets and labor hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules within budget.
• Monitor budgets, P&L, expenses and labor data to inform planning.
• Provide retail floor leadership and coverage planning.
• Support guest experience and resolve guest feedback and issues.
