Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to ensure smooth retail store performance. You will manage schedules, payroll, and administrative tasks while overseeing inventory, vendor relations, technology, and facilities to maximize efficiency.

You’ll drive company-driven initiatives and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will lead a team, manage labor and budget, and support guest experiences through omnichannel programs and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration.
• Experience with scheduling and managing designated labor hours.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and oversee store operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Manage budget, P&L, expenses and store metrics with Store Manager.
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure efficient floor operations.
• Support guest experience and omnichannel programs for seamless service.
