Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store-level operations, scheduling, payroll, and process improvements. You will oversee budget, inventory, vendor relations, and facilities to keep the store running smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You'll write weekly schedules, manage labor hours, and support company-led initiatives, safety policies, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor-hour management.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Monitor budgets and labor hours, and coordinate with Store Manager.
• Provide leadership on the retail floor and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Execute company-level operations directives and safety policies.
