Responsibilities

• Direct customer service and sales support, directing the team to handle merchandise and customer issues professionally.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, RFID, pricing, signing, and re-ticketing to ensure accurate stock and shelf availability.
• Supervise stockroom, safety initiatives, receiving, shipping, and logistics with third‑party carriers.
• Coach and develop associates, monitor performance, and ensure policy compliance.
• Meet or exceed performance standards related to shrink, safety, omnichannel, scheduling, and attendance.
