JCPenney is seeking an Operations Supervisor to help drive profitable sales by optimizing in-stock merchandise, supervising Operations associates, and executing operational tasks across the store.

The role focuses on customer service, inventory accuracy, stockroom management, and leading a team to meet shrink, safety, and productivity goals. Eligible associates receive a benefits package and employee discounts.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.

Mansioni

• Customer Service & Sales - Direct the team and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Store Operations - Assist inventory counts, RFID process, stock ledger updates, pricing and signing, re-ticketing and re-packaging.
• Stockroom & General Operations - Oversee stockroom processes, safety, facility equipment, cash office, receiving and shipping with third party carriers.
• Team Development - Train and develop associates, coach performance, ensure policy compliance.
• Performance Standards - Meet standards for shrink, safety, Omnichannel, scheduling, attendance, and guest service.
