Job summary

Five Below in Holland Charter Township, MI is seeking an energetic team member to manage daily store operations and guest experiences. You will coach crew on the BEST service, oversee tasks, assist with stock flow, and step in as Manager on Duty as needed to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest interactions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer through personal contact and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staffing.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery processes.
• Perform maintenance tasks and store upkeep as required.
