Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with personal contact and train the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Lead their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.
• Lead front end operations and merchandising to meet or exceed brand standards.
• Ensure all front-end equipment is in working order and associates are trained accordingly.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in their absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise all crew members.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform general store maintenance and stock room duties.
