Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager (Hourly) in Michigan to supervise daily store operations and lead crew members in delivering the BEST customer service. You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, and staff scheduling while driving sales and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and training crew on the BEST customer service experience, ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure tasks are performed effectively and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
