Job summary

Five Below in Roseville, Michigan is seeking an energetic hourly crew member to support daily store operations, assist customers, restock stock, and help with merchandising. You will work under the store leadership team to ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience and a clean, welcoming sales floor.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, computer, hand-held, phone, walkie, and mobile devices.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove items up to 5-10 ft high.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise.
• Interact with customers and coworkers to exchange information accurately.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and customer service.
