Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick shelf readiness.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure readiness.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive sales and control expenses with merchandising and service optimization.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
