ALDI, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store operations, supervise staff, and drive performance. You will help develop action plans, ensure schedule adherence, and uphold cash controls while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes training opportunities, competitive wages, and full-time benefits. A minimum of 3 years in retail with prior leadership is preferred and the position requires 38 hours per week at a starting wage

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with developing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Model company values to build teamwork and engagement.
• Monitor competitive environment and advise on adjustments to maintain position.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensure adherence to inventory, product handling, and cash control policies.
• Resolve operational customer concerns in the leader's absence.
• Identify hazards and ensure safe store equipment operation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage at all times.
• Assist with stock levels and product ordering.
• Merchandise product neatly to maximize sales.
• Ensure quality and freshness of products and accurate signage.
• Support payroll and loss prevention goals and training new staff.
• Supervise day-to-day team operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Uphold company policies and protect data.
