Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience and prior management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations under the store manager.
• Lead and develop store personnel and communicate expectations.
• Manage schedules, KPI monitoring, and expense controls.
• Assist with hiring and training, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Stock shelves and operate POS to process purchases.
