The position offers a starting wage of $25.00 per hour with a wage increase to $26.00 in year two, aiming for 38 hours per week and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide product feedback and recommend items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures and cash controls.
• Resolve customer concerns when direct leader is unavailable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Assist with stock levels and product ordering.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales.
• Ensure product quality and signage accuracy.
• Assist with payroll and loss prevention targets.
• Supervise day-to-day team operations.
