The role offers full-time hours (38 per week) with starting pay of $25.50 per hour and a wage increase to $26.50 per hour in year two, reflecting continued growth and responsibility.

• 3+ years of progressive retail management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and manage store operations.
