ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store operations, supervise a team, and drive performance. The role includes scheduling, training opportunities, and executing operational plans aligned with company goals.

The position is full-time, with an average of 38 hours per week and a starting wage of $26.00 per hour, increasing to $27.00 per hour in year two. Comprehensive benefits are provided for eligible employees across medical, vacation, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver strong customer service.

Responsabilités

• Assist direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Model company values and foster teamwork among staff.
• Monitor local market and adjust operations to stay competitive.
• Provide feedback on products and items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Assist with stock levels and product ordering.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales and ensure freshness.
• Support payroll and loss prevention efforts.
