ALDI USA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership in daily operations, staff supervision, scheduling, and budget adherence. You will help develop action plans, monitor performance, and drive customer service excellence while upholding company standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in retail with prior management experience, strong communication, and a focus on teamwork. Full-time hours, strong starting wage, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and developing operational action plans.
• Manage schedules and payroll to meet store goals and budgets.
• Identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team.
• Ensure store cleanliness, product signage, and inventory procedures are followed.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and communicate key updates.
