• Excellent organization, communication, and math skills; computer literate.
• English proficiency; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all store operations.
• Train and cross-train staff; enforce company policies and procedures.
• Manage front-end cash operations, banking, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and safe, clean store environment.
• Oversee merchandising, stockroom, and loss prevention efforts.
