Job summary

The Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all store operations, including financial performance, personnel management, front-end cash operations, floor and visual processes, loss prevention, and enforcing company policies.

The Supervisor will be cross-trained in Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising to ensure the store meets its goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience in a lead/supervisory capacity with 3-10 team members.
• Knowledgeable in profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the English language; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all store operations.
• Greet customers and ensure excellent service.
• Open/close store, manage cash and banking.
• Train and cross-train staff across Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized store processing areas.
• Oversee loss prevention and policy enforcement.
