Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a Store Supervisor in Coral Gables, FL to assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and financial performance. The role includes cash handling, loss prevention, staffing, and training across key areas, with cross-training in processing, cashiering, sales floor, and visual merchandising.

The position requires a High School diploma and offers hourly pay of $17.50 with up to 25% travel, day shifts, and a strong emphasis on customer service

Qualifications

• Requires minimum High School education.
• Experience leading a team in a retail setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Manage front-end cash operations, loss prevention, and policies.
• Train and cross-train staff across processing, cashing, sales floor, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure clean, organized store and timely reports and scheduling.
• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
