Job summary

Goodwill South Florida in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations, financial performance, and personnel management. You will help lead cashiering, inventory processing, and visual merchandising while ensuring loss prevention and high customer service standards.

This role includes cross-training across Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising, supervising a team, scheduling, and maintaining a clean, organized store

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a lead/supervisory role with 3–10 team members.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and math skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff, and to enforce company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and financial performance.
• Manage front-end cash handling, scheduling, and daily reports.
• Train and cross-train staff in processing, cashiering, sales floor, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor loss prevention, safety, and housekeeping; ensure excellent customer service.
• Open/close store and communicate effectively with donors and customers.
