Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations, including donations processing, cash handling, floor and visual merchandising, and customer service.

This role also involves training staff, enforcing policies, managing inventories, preparing reports, and ensuring safety and loss prevention across all areas.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail operations and staff.
• Ability to manage cash handling, banking, and register accuracy.
• Understanding of loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Strong training and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage donations processing, sorting, pricing and production goals.
• Rotate merchandise weekly to maximize sales and meet production goals.
• Open/close store; handle deposits and cash register readings.
• Generate store reports and schedules; maintain records.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and processing area.
• Train and cross-train staff across all store functions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and greet shoppers and donors.
• Recruiting, promoting, disciplining staff as needed.
• Maintain HR processes and communicate status changes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
