Goodwill South Florida in Coral Way, Miami, FL, is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in operations, budgeting, and loss prevention. The role involves front-end cash control, floor and visual merchandising, and cross-training staff across Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a supervisory role with 3-10 team members, strong customer service, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience in a lead/supervisory capacity with 3-10 team members.
• Knowledgeable in profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with customers, donors, and employees.
• Must exhibit a high level of integrity and business ethics.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficient in the English language, both orally and in writing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Computer literate.
