• Open and close the store, handle banking, tally cash registers, and generate reports.
• Maintain clean and orderly processing areas and ensure excellent customer service.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; communicate HR matters and maintain a positive workforce morale.
• Ensure store operations are compliant with company policies and procedures.
