Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Able to use computer systems and tablets in store operations.
• Excellent reading and written language skills (English).
• Strong communication, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Leader to manage workload and ensure plan execution.
• Align store goals with company initiatives and communicate to associates.
• Set and communicate metrics across sales, operations and training.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to inform sales and budgets.
• Lead as Leader on Duty to promote sales and customer experience.
• Maintain regular communication with management on feedback and training.
• Foster teamwork and safe, efficient operations with all staff.
• Coach and develop associates to build bench strength.
• Ensure gracious, quick and accurate customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
