Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Team Leader - Operations to ensure seamless merchandise flow and store operations. You lead and supervise merchandising and stock teams, coordinating with the Assistant Store Leaders for Operations and Visual to keep the salesfloor customer-ready.

You will manage inventory replenishment, back-of-house standards, and protect margin through safe handling. As a mentor, you communicate vision and foster collaboration to deliver operational and visual excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage workload with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and promote professional growth.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, and policies.
• Drive sales while acting as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Review business results and customer feedback with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Ensure gracious, efficient service on the sales floor.
• Spend significant time on the sales floor interacting with customers and associates.
• Maintain store operations and back-of-house standards.
