Job summary

• Partner with Store Manager to set goals and expectations.
• Lead Team Leaders in achieving sales, operations, and visual standards.
• Coach, train and develop associates to enable professional growth.
• Analyze daily, weekly, monthly reports to prioritize initiatives.
• Ensure payroll scheduling and store coverage.
• Maintain brand standards and provide elevated customer service.
• Participate in leadership routines and store walk-throughs.
• Spend significant time on the sales floor and back of house.
