Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store leader to oversee daily operations, train associates, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer service. The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Starting rate is $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer through personal contact and top service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage store operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room duties.
