Job summary

Five Below seeks a capable leader to support store operations and customer service. You will oversee crew activities, assist with stock, and act as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members WOW the Customer through personal contact and provide fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform maintenance such as cleaning and restocking as needed.
