You will support the Store Manager, manage registers, coach the team, and help with hiring and training. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and day-to-day store operations.
• Aptitude for leading a team and coaching performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English and basic math.
• Open availability for weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain) is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
