Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
• Run the register with speed and accuracy

• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps
• Create staff schedules to ensure coverage
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits
