GPM Investments, LLC is looking for an Assistant Manager to energize a busy convenience store. You’ll support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service on every shift. Expect weekends and holidays, plus opportunities to grow into store leadership.

The role emphasizes teamwork, cash handling, training, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment while driving sales and promotions.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned
